As a seasoned management consultant, I have an adaptable mindset and a broad skill set essential for navigating the ever-evolving landscape of education and industry.

My journey includes executive and board-level roles, offering me a nuanced understanding of organisational dynamics. Engaging with multiple industry committees has allowed me to shape policies and strategies that drive positive change. Holding senior positions within the peak industry association for construction, I've played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between industry workforce requirements and education.

Engaged in the redevelopment of national training package qualifications for the Commonwealth Government via the construction skills service organisation, I contributed to the evolution of industry-relevant education. My extensive experience also encompasses VET quality and compliance, ensuring that education meets the highest standards.

My standout proficiency in local and national stakeholder engagement goes beyond surface interactions. I excel in teasing out real issues, uncovering decision-enabling intelligence, and presenting clients with well-considered advice and recommendations.
